Beautiful Fourth...

Last Friday, on the third of July, a few of the wives (and their children) and I enjoyed a day full of fun. It started with one of the cute baby boy's first birthday party. It was so fun, and little Bentley was sooo adorable. Later, we decided to head to the HUGE flea market at the Kentucky expo center. It consisted of jewelry, socks, crap in a box, jewelry, antiques, and more crap in a box. I bought a cute horseshoe necklace for $1, thank you. Next, we headed to the Olive Garden for a delicious dinner (and a rude waitress). And finally, we headed to the beautiful waterfront park to enjoy a *free* Joe Nichols concert. It was really laid-back, and we all enjoyed laying on blankets in the grass. We also indulged in some candy apples, cotton candy, and other summer treats. Yum Yum!
The night ended perfectly with a beautiful fireworks display. The only thing that could have made it better would have been snuggling up on that blanket with the hubs.
Sigggghhh....

it was a great night!
