I am shedding...

Yes, like an animal. My hair is falling out at an alarming rate. I hate the tickles on my arms. I grasp the air, trying to catch the invisible strand. Hah! Success....

not for long.

Anyone else have this problem? Is it sad that I strategically plan my morning routine around my shedding. I blow dry my hair, then straighten/"do" it. Then I wipe all the hair off of me, and get dressed... then do my make-up. Is this some kind of reaction to summer?

What is going on with me!?

I shed constantly. But I also find that I shed MORE after I've worn my hair up for a day.

Sometimes I'm concered about the amount of hair that falls out, but I definitely freak out every summer. But I've seen (on reality tv) a girl pull a huge chunk out of her hair, like a handfull of hair and it came out, and maybe thats the time to worry? I don't know, if you think it is excessive you should go ask a doctor!

i've been shedding like crazy this summer too! its really weird. i've started like putting a blanket under me when i do my hair so that i can just go shake it off outside instead of inevitably having to vaccuum every time i do my hair. its ridiculous. and i ALWAYS get those loose hairs that hang off the back of my shirt and just tickle the crap out my arm and i can never ever find them. haha.
