Birthentine's Recap

Last year, Just Jed and I were in in ID for Grandpa Hansen's funeral, which was on Valentine's day. We still celebrated Birthentine's by going to dinner and hanging out with family. Despite what Jed might think, it was a good Birthentine's.

This year year, however, Birthentine's was AMAZING! Saturday afternoon, I worked at the bridal fair, and it was wonderful! We helped a lot of brides, and made several orders. I had a lot of fun!
Deysi, Meaghan, Corin in our booth!

Saturday night, Jed and I went to a japanese streakhouse! It was really good, and our chef out on a great show and made us all laugh. We even got sushi, and it was wonderful!

Sunday morning, Jed let me open my presents. The first is a coupon for a haircut/color! Yayy... it's been too long!

The second was a BIG box, and I was kind of scared to open it, so Jed did! I screamed! and then started crying. Jed got the sewing machine I've been ogling for almost a year. I didn't even ask for it! And he got me pink accessories to go with it, and a cutting mat! I am so thankful for a caring husband who think about my wants as well as my needs! He definitely spoiled me, and I don't deserve it!
My cute husband!

House decoration Jordan got me and my new sewing machine!

We also taught our Sunday school class and handed out cute valentines.

In the evening, Jordan, Mike, and the boys came over! I have missed them so much, and it was great to see them! Jordan is looking pregnant and cute now, and that makes me suuuuuuper happy! They brought a nice gift, but the best part was just seeing their faces and seeing my boys play and laugh with Jed!

This is the awesome sweater my mom sent me for my birthday. She was completely and utterly serious.

Overall, it was a fabulous day! Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes and thoughts! I am so thankful for such caring friends and family!

Oh Adrianne! I am a bad friend! I didn't realize your birthday was on Valentines! Happy Birthentines! Jed is so sweet. This post warmed my heart :)...but I agree with Sarah, the sweater was the best part. And did you go to Tepanyaki or Beni Hanas? (Those are probably both spelled wrong)...Reed and I LOVE both those places. SO yummy!
